Chicken cooked in white youghurt based masala which is less medium spicy and creamy in texture..
This is quick and easy to make like karahi chicken which i have already posted before….

Ingredients
- 500 gm chicken
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tsps ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 onion medium puree
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsps cream
- 1 tsp cumin crushed
- 1 tsp coriander seeds crushed
- 4 - 5 Greenchilli slit
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsps ginger sliced
- 3 tbsps coriander leaves

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with yoghurt, ginger gatlic paste,lemon juice ,onion puree,butter ,black and white pepper powder,crushed cumin and coriander powder mix it well then keep it for half n hour..
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook it with closed lid...let it cook on its juices .
- When cooked finally add slit greenchilli ,sliced ginger,coriander leaves and cream .....
- serve hot
