Toffee vermicilli payasam
Instructions
  1. In a pan add ghee, roast the 1/2 cup semiya then keep aside .Then to that add the plain unroasted semiya and mix well.
  2. In pan add sugar ,water and caramilise it until golden brown then add in butter and mix well.when its melted all add in condensed milk and mix well.
  3. Add in Milk and mix well and boil then add in semiya and cook till done.
  4. To prepare caramel crisp , Caramelise sugar and water until golden brown and add in cashew chopped and mix well.. Brush the foil paper with ghee then add in the caramel mix and cool it..
  5. when its cooled well crush it and garnish on semiya payasam while serving..
