sphagetti mixed with eggs and cream ,cheese then baked in the form of cake..
This is the last post for the #week 2 day 3 under my theme baked snacks…
Instructions
- Prepare the sphagetti accordingly by adding salt and oil then drain it and wash in water and keep aside
- In a bowl beat egg till fluffy then add chopped tomatoes , chopped spinach , grated cheese mix it well then add cream , pepper powder and salt mix it then add cooked sphagetti and mix it well untill well incorporated
- pour this batter into the cake tin .give a tap then top it with grated cheese and bake at 180xb0c for 30-35mins
- when cooled demould and serve it
