Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice -
- 1 cup soyachunks -
- 2 onion sliced -
- 1 tomato big -
- 2 tsps ginger garlicpaste -
- 1 greenchilli -
- 2 tsps redchilli pdr -
- 1 tsp turmeric pdr -
- 1 tsp garammasala -
- 2 cardomom -
- 1 cinamon - inchstick
- 2 clove -
- 1/2 staranise - piece
- 1/2 tsp cumin pdr -
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves -
- 1 cup coconut milk -
- / gheeoil
- 1 tsp Boil the soyachunks with redchillipdr -
- 1/2 tsp , turmericpdr -
- 1/2 tsp , garammasala -
- 1 tsp coriander pdr -
- salt

Instructions
- wash and soak the rice for 15 mins
- boil the soyachunks with above powders and thn drain it and squeeze the water out cut into half if it s big.
- In a pan add ghee/oil when it s hot add cardomom,clove,cinnamon,staranize ,onion ,gingergarlicpaste,saute till raw smell s gone then add tomatoes , greenchill , redchilli pdr , turmericpdr,garammasala, cumin pdr cook till oil is seperated then add coriander leaves , pudina ,cooked soyachunks mix it well then add 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup water allow it to boil thn add rice and cook till done..
