Ingredients
- 800 gm mutton
- 3 tomato
- 2 tsp redchilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 capsicum
- 1/4 cup oil
Kadai Masala
- 3 dried redchillies
- 1 tsp Peppercorns
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds

Instructions
- Dry roast all the ingredient under kadai masala and grind it to powders
- Pressure cook the mutton with onion , salt and water till 90% done. After that srain the mutton and keep the stock aside.
- In a Kadai Add the oil and Fry the mutton for 5 minutes.then keep it aside.
- In the same oil add ginger garlic paste saute till raw smell is gone then add in tomatoes chopped and cook till mushy.
- when the tomatoes are cooked well add in prepared kadai masala,yoghurtand give it a quick stir and cook till oil is seperated
- then add in mutton and stock reserved and mix well
- Add in redchilli powder,turmeric powder,and garam masala mix well and cook for 10 - 15 minutes untill mutton is cooked well.
- When its cooked well add in capsicum and coriander leaves and mix well
- Finally garnish with ginger juliens and cover with lid for 2 minutes.
- serve hot with naan rotis and rice.
