Ingredients
- 1/4 kg prawns -
- 2 tbsps maida -
- 2 tbsps cornflour -
- salt
- 2 tsps pepper powder -
- 1 egg -
- 1 tsp baking powder -
- 1/2 tsp soya sauce -

Instructions
- clean and devein the prawns and slice in middle n press it to make flat
- In abowl mix together 2tbsp maida , 2 tbsp corn flour ,salt , pepper , mixed herbs , egg , baking powder,,soya sauce a bit mix well to make a batter n keep aside
- dust the prawn in maida (which make sur tat batter cling to the prawns) then dip n above prepared batter n deep fry it
