Ingredients
- 10 Prawns -
- 1 onion big chopped -
- 2 tomato small -
- 2 tsps ginger garlicpaste -
- 2 cardomom -
- 1 cinamon -piece
- 3 clove -
- 1 bayleaf -
- oil
- 2 tsps pepper powder -
- 1 tsp redchilli powder -
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder -
- 1/2 tsp garamasala -
- 2 cups water -
- 1 cup basmatirice -
- prawn fry:
- 15 prawns -
- 1 tsp gingergarlicpaste
- 2 tsps coriander powder
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 1/2 tsps redchillipowder-
- 1/4 tsp turmericpdr -
- 1 tsp garamasala -
- salt
- lemon juice
- prawn ..... mix all ingredients with marinate n fry it

- wash and devein the prawns and grind it to paste
- wash snd soak the rice
- In s pan add oil ,cardomom,clove,bayleaf,cinamon stick ,chopped onion gingergarlicpaste, tomatoes,grinded prawn paste , saltand cook till it turns white then add all the powders and cook gor 10 mins then add water boil it and add rice n cook till done garnish with corianderleaves
