Ingredients
Marination
- 250 gm prawns cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp redchilli sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- pinch of Red colour
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
Rice Ingredients
- 1 tsp ginger chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup spring onion chopped
- 2 tsp redchilli sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- Spring onion greens chopped

Instructions
- Marinate the Prawns with ingredient listed under Ingredients for 1/2 hr then fry them in oil
- To the same oil add in the Chopped ginger and garlic chopped saute well until raw smell is gone.
- Add in the spring onion and onion chopped saute it then add in the sauces and mix well
- Add half of the fried prawns mix well with sauces
- Add in the Cooked rice and mix well then add in the rema8ining prawns.
- Finally Add in the Spring onion greens and serve hot
