This mutton stew is a easy recipe as its one pot and cooked in cooker ..goes well with the Appam and ghee rice..not a single drop of oil is added to the dish but you can see the glimpses of oil on top ,its purely from the mutton and coconut milk..Mutton is cooked completely in coconut milk which adds the taste and flavour to the dish…if you are in healthy mode of eating this would be the best recipe..

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg mutton
- 2 onion
- 1 cup chopped carrot,potato,beans
- 3 Greenchilli
- 1 tbsp ginger chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 3/4 cup thin coconut milk
- 3/4 cup thick coconut milk
- curryleaves
- salt to taste

- 1/2 tsp Peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 3 cardomom
- 3 clove

Instructions
- Powder the spices and keep aside ..
- In a Cooker add Mutton ,chopped onion,Cut vegetables,Chopped ginger.greenchilli,Powdered spice,vinegar,Curry leaves,thin coconut milk,salt to taste and pressure cook it till done..
- If you feel your mutton needs more time for cooking then add vegetables after the mutton is half done to maintain the texture.
- when mutton is cooked well finally add thick coconut milk and curry leaves and boil for 5 minutes.
