Mushroom pulao is a very tasty and flavorful dish and can be made in a matter of few minutes.

- 1/2 cup mushroom chopped -
- 2 onion -
- 1 cinamon - inchstick
- 2 clove -
- 1 tsp jeera -
- 1 bayleaf -
- 2 cardomom -
- 2 tsps ginger garlicpaste
- 2 tsps redchillipowder -
- 1 tsp pepper powder -
- 1 tsp kasoorimethi -
- 1 tsp coriander cumin powder -
- 1 tbsp ghee -
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup basmatirice -
- 3/4 cup + 1 1/4 cup water coconutmilk + -

- wash and soak the rice
- In a pan add ghee whole garam masala ,onion ,ginger,garlicpaste ,saute well until brown then add chopped mushroom and cook then add redchillipdr,pepper powder coriander cumin powder,crushed kasoorimethi garam masala mix it well then add water salt and cook till done
