yummy eggy mushroom roll
Instructions
- chop onion , capsicum , mushroom , palak and keep aside
- In a pan add oil , garlic,onion ,palak saute well then add mushroom , salt n pepper ,mixed herbs cook till mushroom s done finally add capsicum and mix it well
- beat 2 eggs till fluffy then add above mushroom mixture adjust salt accordingly mix it well and pour it into the pan n make omlette
- cook the tortillas then spread the spreadable cream cheese then keep the omlette and roll it
- slice snd serve.....
