Ingredients
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 6 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- pistachio powder
Soaking milk mixture
- 2 tbsp evaporated milk/ whipping cream
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp saffron
- 1/2 tbsp pistachio powder

Instructions
- Prepare saffron milk by dissolving 2 tbsp milk with saffron and keep aside.
- In a bowl mix together melted butter ,egg,milk,egg,sugar,vanilla essence ,flour,baking powder,pinch of salt..
- Divide the batter into two bowls...To one bowl add 1 tbsp saffron milk mix well and microwave it for 90 sec to 1 minute
- To another bowl add pistachio powder and mix well and microwave it..
To prepare Milk mixture
- Pistachio milk mixture mix together condensed milk,evaporated milk, saffron milk .Prick the cake with tooth pick and add the milk mixture.
