This cheddar biscuit is a soft and buttery biscuit that can be made in microwave in just 1 minute.It has a great flavour of cheddar and  is a quick snack meal which is satisfying and filling which is just mixed up in just mug.

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp All pupurpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/2 tbsp cold butter
• 3 1/2 tbsp milk
• 2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 tsp mixed herb

Instructions

1. In a microwavable mug, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt
2. Rub in the cubed butter into the dry ingredients. When done it will resemble fine breadcrumbs.
3. Stir in the milk, cheese and herbs until your mix forms a batter.
4. Microwave for roughly1 minute.
