Ingredients
- coriander leaves
- mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 5 - 6 pods garlic
- 6 Greenchilli small
- 4 redchilli
- 1 cardomom
- small piece of cinnamon stick
- 450 gm prawns
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp redchilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsps ghee
- cinamon
- 2 clove
- 2 onions
- 2 tomato
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- Grind together coriander leaves , pudina,fennel seeds , ginger garlic, greenchilli, redchilli.,cardomom, cinamon to a smooth paste
- Marinate the prawns with half of the green masala , yoghurt , redchilli powder , turmeric powder , coriander powder for 30 minutes
- In a pan add ghee , cinamon , clove, sliced onions and tomato cook till mushy
- Then add the marinated prawns and remaining ground masala.
- Then add coconut milk , soaked rice , salt and cook till done.
