Moist ,Delicious mango and chocolate swirled marble cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup mango puree

Instructions
- Beat Together eggs,sugar,and vanilla Essence till creamy and double in size.
- Then add in oil and beat well.
- Sift together Dry ingredients and add to the wet ingrdients amix well by cut and fold method.
- Divide the batter into 2 bowls .
- To one bowl add in the mango puree and mix well.
- To another well add in the cocoa powder and milk mix well...
- Add these batter alternatevely to the greased pan and bake in a pre heated oven 2180 c for 35 minutes.

Such a simple recipe, but what a stunning effect! The combination of mango and cocoa must be delicious, can’t wait to make it. I will have to make my own mango purée from scratch when I am lucky to find good mangoes, as that is not something commercially sold over here. But after all it’s the same with pumpkin purée so I’m kinda used to that.
