Instructions
- Boil water, salt, sugar and butter then add in the flour and mix continously until its well combined well and leaves from the pan and forms a smooth dough.
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon powder and keep aside
- Slightly cool down the dough and add in the eggs one by one and beat well , add in the vanilla Essence and combine until its well incorporated..
- Add the dough to the piping bag with nozzle and pipe them into hot oil and cook till crisp and golden.
- Add the fried churros to the cinnamon sugar and coat it well
- Serve hot with chocolate sauce or nutella.
