Green masala Paste
- 1 inch Ginger
- 10 Garlic
- 1/2 cup Corianderleaves
- 10 Greenchilli
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Cashewnut Masala
- 15 Cashewnut
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions
- Green Masala Paste. grind together ginger , garlic,greenchilli , coriander leaves,cumin seeds
- Cashewnut paste. prepare the paste by grinding together cashew nuts ,cumin seeds , coriander leaves and lemon juice and keep aside
- In a cooker add oil onion sliced cook till transparent then add the prepared green masala saute it well then add turmericpowder,coriander powder , redchilli powder garam masala and mutton mix it well add salt and cook till done..
- In another pan add ghee and add crushed garlic when its browned add cashew nut paste saute it for whe then add prepared meat mixture and mix it well.
- In a baking dish spread the meat mix evenly then layer it with sliced hard boiled eggs sliced tomato and chopped corianderleaves then add 2 beaten eggs on top of it and bake @180xb0c for 15 to 20 mins...
