- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup condensed milk as required
- 2 cup milk
- 4 tbsp Coconut powder

Instructions
- Prepare the caramel syrup by caramelising the sugar and water till golden Brown... pour over the pudding pan and coat the pan.
- Blend together milk,egg,vanilla essence,condensed milk,coconut powder till smooth and pour over the caramel base.Cover with foil paper.
- Steam the pudding for 25-30 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean...
- Allow the pudding to chill in refregerater for 2 hours and serve.
