This is a another creamy pudding with a layer of chocolate cake at the bottom and creamy layer on top finally topped with the chocolate ganache….

Ingredients
chocolate cake
- 3/4 Cup flour
- 3 tbsps cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar (powder)
- 50 gm butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil
cream layer
- 2 packets whipping powder
- 1 can honey cream nestle
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 1/2 Cup milk cold
chocolate ganache
- 2 cups chocolate cooking
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
- chocolate cake preheat the oven @180xb0c.grease the pan with butter and dust with maida.keep it ready
- seive flour ,cocoa powder , bakingpowder together
- In a deep bowl beat butter and Powdered sugar till doft .Add egg ,vegetable oil vanilla essence and beat well
- Alternatively add flour mixture and milk to the above mix and prepare batter
- pour this batter to the dusted pan and bake for 25-30 mins(check cake by inserting a tooth pick at the centre of cake that comes out clean)
- cool the cake
- In another bowl beat together whipping powder and milk till peaks are formed then add condensed milk , honey cream and beat well finally add melted gelatin and mix well and pour over the cooled cake and refrigerate for 3 hrs to set it
- For chocolate ganache ,melt the cooking chocolate , butter,condensed milk by donble boiling method then beat it for while then pour over the cooled cream and cool it for 1 hr
