Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken
- 3 no onion
- 1 tbsp gingergarlicpaste
- 2 tbsps soya sauce
- coriander leaves
- 1 tsp kasoorimethi
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 greenchilli

- 1 tbsp coriander seed
- 2 tsps fennel seeds
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 tbsp pepper

Instructions
- Cut the onion and paste it
- grind together gingergarlicpaste and greenchill
- Dry roast the masala spices ;and grind it
- In a pan pan add oil and butter and add the chicken pieces ,salt and saute till water dries up then add gingergarlic and greenchilli paste,grinded onion paste and cook &till half done
- Then add the grinded masala , soya sauce , kasoorimethi ,corianderleaves ;cook till done
