If you love biscoff spread and lotus biscuits then this is going to be hit… you can say biscoff kaju burfi too as it’s same as making kaju katli/barfi with addition of biscoff and lotus…I have become craze on this two ingredients…my family too …. so trying to create new dishes and add to the existing dish to see its magical taste…
Many of them have asked me what’s biscoff? it’s nothi g but a cookie butter spread..spread prepared from lotus biscuit..If it’s not available we can also substitute with any other cookie butter and try ,even peanut butter would give a new twist to it…I guesss… If anyone of you try with peanut butter do let me know and share how it turned out…

Biscoff Cashew Balls
Soft ,melt in mouth cashew balls with hint of biscoff spread and rolled in lotus biscuit..This Biscoff Cashew Balls are nothing but a innovated version of Kaju katti /barfi..
Instructions
Powder the cashew finely then add milk and make it a thick paste..
In a pan add water and sugar ,keep on stirring until it forms one string consistency.
Now add the cashew paste and cook..
Add in cardomom powder,ghee, biscoff spread and stir until it leaves from the sides of pan..
Transfers to a plate and allow it to cool
Crush the lotus biscuit into crumbs and keep aside
When it's cooled Shape them into a balls and roll it in a biscuit crumbs
