- 1 1/2 cups Basmati rice
- 1 cup beetroot -
- 2 Cardomom -
- 1 inch Cinnamon -stick
- 2 cloves -
- 1 bayleaf -
- 2 onion small sliced -
- 2 tsps ginger garlic paste -
- 2 tsps redchilli powder -
- 1/2 tsp turmericpowder -
- 1 tsp corianderpowder
- 1/2 tsp cumin pdr -
- 1/2 tsp garammasala -
- coriander leaves
- pudina
- coconut milk
- / oilghee
- salt

Instructions
- wash the rice and soak for 15 mins
- grate the beetroot or cut into small pieces i have grated the beetroot
- In a pan add oil cardomom , cinamon , clove , bayleaf , onions saute till brown then add the g+gpaste , redchilli pdr , turmericpdr , cumin pdr , coriander pdr , salt , garam masala , grated beetroot mix it well then add the rice n water (Can also add coconut milk instead of water to enhance the flavor) and cook till done
