Usually it is sokaed in sugar syrup but for a twist here its soaked in milk sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup dessicated coconut
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
Milk sauce
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- pinch of saffron soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk or 1 tbsp rose water

Instructions
- Mix together all ingredient for cake and add to the Butter greased pan and keep aside for 15 minutes
- Then Bake @190 c for 40 minutes until top is browned.
- Prepare the milk sauce by mixing the ingredients then pour over the hot baked cake and keep aside for 1 hour to get soaked.
- slice an serve with remaining sauce or just serve as squares.
