Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes large
- 4 tbsps Olive oil
- 2 tsps Salt
- 2 tsps Garlic powder
- 2 tsps Mixed herbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Shredded

Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 180xb0c .grease the baking pan amd keep aside
- Cut the potatoesin wedges and add olive oil amd toss to coat it well
- In another bowl mix together garlic powder , mixed herbs , salt and shreded parmesan chesse and add to the wedges and toss to coat
- place this in a baking pan with skin side down in a single layer .bake for 25 -30 minutes until tender and golden ...
- serve it with liked sauce..

Potato wedged itself a treat and with Parmesan cheese sounds double treat.
