Cinnamon Roll mug cake

Cinnamon roll in mug has all ingredients for cinnamon roll like Cinnamon , cream cheese and can be easily made in a mug when u crave for these sweet rolls….

Finally 2017 has come…lets welcome it with a sweet…actually I wanted to make dessert for the new year post but I couldn’t as am on vaccation..I have only planned for regular post for this month….but its ok…when we crave for something sweet better optionis is microwave mug cakes…so prepared Cinnamon cake in mug….that itself is a sweet treat..

usually cream cheese frosting is swirled on top of the cake here i preferred pouring all on top of it as it spreads all over and deeps in each bite….

• 2 tbsps banana mashed
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tbsps milk
• 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 1/2 tbsps brown sugar
• 5 tbsps flour
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp cinamon powder
• 1/4 tsp baking powder

Cream cheese frosting

• 2 tbsps cream cheese
• 1 tbsp sugar powdered
• 2 tbsps milk

Instructions

1. In a mug add mashed bananas,oil,milk and vanilla essence give it a good mix
2. Then add flour,baking powder,brown sugar,salt and cinamon powder and mix everything well and microwave it for 1 minute until top is firm to touch if uncooked then microwave it for 15 seconds more
3. prepare cream cheese frosting by mixing together ingredients under it.then pour over the mug cake and serve...
