This mutton yakhini pulav is a flavourful pulav in which rice is cooked in mutton stock which is infused with spices..

Ingredients
- 500 gm mutton with bone
- 2 cups rice
- 2 onions medium
- 1 tbsp ginger garlicpaste
- 5 to 6 Peppercorns
- 1 Bayleaf
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- salt
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 cardomom
- 1 inch cinamon stick
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 2 tbsp bengal gram soaked
- Handful of coriander leaves
- 3 Greenchilli
Instructions
- In a pressure cooker add oil ,1 onion sliced saute it then add cleaned mutton and saute on high flame for 5 mins then add peppercorns ,1/2 of gingergarlicpaste , bayleaf ,cloves then tie coriander seeds and fennel seeds in a muslin cloth and add to it , lots of water salt ,and cook it , strain the mutton and keep the stock aside.
- In a pan add oil, cumin seeds , cardomom, cinamon ,ginger garlicpaste,greenchilli , handful of coriander leaves saute till raw smell goes then add coriander powder , garam masala ,yoghurt , bengal gram soaked, then add mutton ,soaked rice ,stock salt cook till done
