Bored of usual chicken fry then you should try this spicy thattukada chicken fry. normally chicken is marinated with masala then deep fried .but here chicken is marinated then cooked which allows the spices to go inside chicken and make it juicy then fried till crisp and brown.

Thattukada chicken fry
This Thattukada Chicken fry is a one of the street food recipe.This is spicy chicken fry marinated with roasted spices then cooked and deep fried that add flavor to it.

Ingredients
- 750 gm chicken
- 3 tbsps Peppercorns
- 4 cloves
- 1 inch cinamon stick
- 2 tsps redchilli powder
- 2 Greenchilli
- 1 1/2 tbsps ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- salt
- curryleaves
- onion rings
Instructions
- Dry roast the peppercorns, cinamon, clove until nice aroma comes then powder it with redchilli powder ,greenchilli and ginger garlic paste.
- Marinate the chicken with groung paste, soya sauce , vinegar, turmeric powder and salt and pressure cook for 2 whistle.
- cook the chicken until dry till all the masala is coated to chicken.Add a tbsp of rice flour and mix well.
- Then fry the chicken till crisp.. to the remaining marinate add the onion slices and fry it along with curry leaves..
