Dosa’s are always favourite in our house I can say that most of the south indians have dosa batter handy in their fridge…. It can be a quick breakfast or dinner if you have batter at home.. so todays recipe is Spring onion Dosa…
Dosa can be made varied by adding vegetables , sauces etc… I love the flavour and taste of spring onion so last week when I was making dosa (plain simple roast)… I thought of adding the spring onion to the batter and make the dosa…yes it came out well…along with the flavour of dosa cooking in ghee/oil with the flavour of spring onion ….It smelled good.. even I thought if i had schzewan sauce at home ill just spread the sauce over the dosa and have it…😉.
Today am not telling the recipe of dosa batter as each have their own measurements depending upon rice and urad dal available at their place.. or else id don’t have the batter just buy a packet of dosa batter and start making it.

Ingredients
- 2 cup dosa batter
- 2 stalk spring onion (both white and green)
- 1/4 cup ghee/oil
Instructions
- Prepare the dosa batter or use readymade batter and keep it ready by adding salt
- Add the chopped white and green part of spring onion to the dosa batter mix it well
- Add a laddle full of batter to pan and swirl into thin dosa .then top with ghee/oil and cook till crisp...
- serve it with chutneys
