This spicy cashew fish fry is a delicious finger licking crispy fish fry prepared by adding cashewnut and green leaves( curry leaves,mint leaves and coriander leaves )and greenchilli and fried to crisp..

Ingredients
- 250 gm fish slices
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 5-6 shallots
- 3 Greenchilli (Can increase as per spicyness)
- 10 cashewnuts
- 1 tsp ginger gatlic paste
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- handful of curry leaves
- Handful of mint leaves
- Handful of coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- oil for frying

Instructions
- Marinate the fish slices with pepper powder,salt for 10 -15 minutes
- Grind together shallots,greenchilli,curry leaves,mint leaves,coriander leaves,cashewnut,ginger garlic paste to smooth paste.
- To the paste add cornflour and mix well and add to the fish slices and keep aside for 5 miutes
- In a pan add oil , curry leaves and fry the fish in both sides till crisp
