This snack is quick to make and simple..Here soya chunks are ground and spices are added and deep fried ...

Ingredients
- 1 cup Soya chunks
- 2 tsps Redchilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Gingergarlicpaste
- 1 onion Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
- 3 tbsps Rice flour
- 2 tbsps Corn flour
- handful Coriander leaves a
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Wash the soya chunks 2 times .boil the water with salt then add the soya chunks and allow to boil for 5 mins and switch off the flame and keep it closed for 15 mins
- After 15 mins strain the soya chunks and squeeze the water out .and grind it to paste.
- To the paste add chopped onion ,all other ingredients except oil rice flour and cprnflour and give one whip in mixie .dont make it pasty after adding all ingredients..
- To the above ground mix add cornflour,riceflour mix it well and form a dough.
- make balls out of it and deep fry it till golden brown and crisp....
- Tasty soya keema fry is ready and can be served with sauces...
