Trivandrum fried chicken
Crispy fried chicken ..Along with the chicken pieces we will be able to get the bites of fennel seeds and redchilli flakes I dont kno why this chicken fry got name trivandrum:) i came across this recipe in net anyway let what ever be the name it tastes good….

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with redchilli powder,turmericpowder,lemonjuice,garam masala,gingergarlicpaste and salt for 1 hour
  2. After marination add 2 twigs of curry leaves , fennel seeds , redchilli flakes and keep for next 15 mins and deepfry it till golden brown and crisp….
