Instructions
Dry roast the peppercorns, cinamon, clove until nice aroma comes then powder it with redchilli powder ,greenchilli and ginger garlic paste.
Marinate the chicken with groung paste, soya sauce , vinegar, turmeric powder and salt and pressure cook for 2 whistle.
cook the chicken until dry till all the masala is coated to chicken.Add a tbsp of rice flour and mix well.
Then fry the chicken till crisp.. to the remaining marinate add the onion slices and fry it along with curry leaves..
