  1. cook the jasmine rice and keep aside to cool
  2. In a wide pan add oil ,garlic ,chopped onion and saute it dont make it brown
  3. Then add chilli and veggies ,you can also add broccoli in it andcook till done.
  4. stir in the cooked rice give it a quick mix and add sauces .move the rice to the sides and add beaten egg and scramble it .stir everything together
  5. finally add chopped spring onion and serve..
