  1. Grind the cooked corn kernels with milk to fine paste
  2. Heat a pan add 2 tbsp ghee then add the ground corn paste cook till raw smell goes away.then add sugar and Stir it till the mixture becomes glossy and thick.
  3. At this point add the grated khoya and mix it well.Add the remaining ghee and saffron.
  4. Stir it till everything comes together and the ghee leaves the sides of the pan,put off the stove.
Recipe Notes

* If khoya is not available then you can make them using milk powder.just boil the 2 tbspmilk and 2 tsp ghee and add to 1/2 cup milk powder mix it well.If it looks still dry you can add more milk 1 teaspoon of milk at a time
