Rinse quinoa under running water and add to the pan.To this add vanilla essence ,dates chopped , coconut milk and water cinamon powder.cook until quinoa is tender.atlast add diced Mangoes stir for 2 minutes .if u want you can refrigerate it.
You can even add sugar if u want to be more sweeter….as there is dates ,mangoes .sweet would be enough .and this dish will not be so sweet as kheer…u can adjust accordingly ….
For sticky mango:
Heat pan with little butter.press the mango cheeks in sugar then place the sugar side in pan and cook until caramelised .Remove mango from pan then add coconut milk, lemon juice and little water stir to combine and set aside.
serve cooked quinoa topped with grilled mangoes and pan juices drizzled over it.. Enjoy healthy breakfast…
