spring onion
(both white and green)

ghee/oil
Instructions
Prepare the dosa batter or use readymade batter and keep it ready by adding salt
Add the chopped white and green part of spring onion to the dosa batter mix it well
Add a laddle full of batter to pan and swirl into thin dosa .then top with ghee/oil and cook till crisp…
serve it with chutneys
