SPINACH GARLIC POORI. Take a bowl add wheat flour , salt ,chopped spinach,grated garlic and add little by little water and knead to a stiff poori dough.keep this for 10 mins then roll into small sized poori and deep fry it…..
MUTTON ULARTHIYATHU. Dry roast fennel seeds , cloves , cardomom,cinnamon and grind to fine powder
marinate the mutton with given ingredients under marination for 1 hour minimum half n hour.In a cooker add the marinated mutton ,water and cook
In another pan add coconut oil ,redchillies , curryleaves, chopped onion saute it till wet then add ginger and garlic paste
Then add sliced coconut pieces (If u add this piece it will enhance the taste ..i cudnt get it so i added grated coconut but only 1/4cup).cook this till brown.
Then add cooked mutton along with the liquid left ,chopped tomatoes mix it well and gook till semi dry then add ground powder, pepper powder
Finally garnish with corianderleaves and serve hot…
