Ingredients

fish slices

pepper powder

shallots

Greenchilli
(Can increase as per spicyness)

cashewnuts

tsp
ginger gatlic paste

tbsp
cornflour
handful of curry leaves
Handful of mint leaves
Handful of coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil for frying

Instructions
Marinate the fish slices with pepper powder,salt for 10 -15 minutes
Grind together shallots,greenchilli,curry leaves,mint leaves,coriander leaves,cashewnut,ginger garlic paste to smooth paste.
To the paste add cornflour and mix well and add to the fish slices and keep aside for 5 miutes
In a pan add oil , curry leaves and fry the fish in both sides till crisp
