Instructions
  1. Marinate the fish slices with pepper powder,salt for 10 -15 minutes
  2. Grind together shallots,greenchilli,curry leaves,mint leaves,coriander leaves,cashewnut,ginger garlic paste to smooth paste.
  3. To the paste add cornflour and mix well and add to the fish slices and keep aside for 5 miutes
  4. In a pan add oil , curry leaves and fry the fish in both sides till crisp
