In a pan add ghee and fry the bread slices till golden brown and crisp.
Boil the milk add saffron continue stirring to avoid sticking to the bottom and make it thick then add condensed milk adjust according to the taste then add cardomom powder stir until thick strands
prepare sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar
soak the fried bread in sugar syrup and arrange in a serving plate then top with the prepared milk mixture and chipped nuts….and serve
