crispy prawn tempura served with jasmine rice and prawn green curry……..

  1. clean and devein the prawns and slice in middle n press it to make flat
  2. In abowl mix together 2tbsp maida , 2 tbsp corn flour ,salt , pepper , mixed herbs , egg , baking powder,,soya sauce a bit mix well to make a batter n keep aside
  3. dust the prawn in maida (which make sur tat batter cling to the prawns) then dip n above prepared batter n deep fry it
