Marinate the prawns in egg,pepper powder , ginger garlic paste , soy sauce ,vinegar and salt for minimum 2 hours…overnight marination is preferred for better taste.
If you want you can cut the prawns in middle and make butterfly shaped prawns before marination… this will keep the prawn. somewhat straight on frying
Prepare the flour mix by mixing together Flour,cornflour,redchilli powder,salt
Dust the prawns in flour mix and fry till crisp and golden..
