In a pressure cooker add oil and ghee , onion cook till it is soft then add gingergarlic paste , tomato ,greenchilli cook till it is mushy and cooked well then add redchilli powder , turmericpowder,garammasala , curd , lemon juice and salt adjust the salt and sour then add prawn add cook till 3/4 almost done add boiled water and soaked rice and close the lid when vapours comes out of nozzles put the weight and cook till 1 whistle in low flame switch off the flame keep it closed for another 10 mins until all pressure has gone down open it fluff the rice and serve .This can also be cooked in a open vessel with lids ….
