redchilli sauce

corn flour

all purpose flour

pinch of Red colour
salt to taste
oil for frying
Rice Ingredients

spring onion chopped

redchilli sauce

Cooked rice
Spring onion greens chopped
Instructions
Marinate the Prawns with ingredient listed under Ingredients for 1/2 hr then fry them in oil
To the same oil add in the Chopped ginger and garlic chopped saute well until raw smell is gone.
Add in the spring onion and onion chopped saute it then add in the sauces and mix well
Add half of the fried prawns mix well with sauces
Add in the Cooked rice and mix well then add in the rema8ining prawns.
Finally Add in the Spring onion greens and serve hot
