Ingredients

potatoes peeled, Sliced
2
tbsp
rice flour
2
tbsp
maida
3
tbsp
cornflour
2
tsp
redchilli powder
salt to taste
oil for frying
Instructions
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
In a bowl add riceflour,maida,cornflour,redchilli powder,chaat masal and salt ,mix well.
Add the sliced potatoes and mix well,make sure all sides are well coated with flour mixture
Stack them on tooth pick and fry till done
You can serve by drizzling ketchup or any spice powder sprinkled on them…
