Instructions
Clean the fish and keep aside ..you can also use fish fillet.
Soak the redchilli in water Then grind along with corianderleave, garlic, vinegar. capsicum and salt to a smooth paste and apply to the fish pieces and marinate for 1/2hour .
Then shallow fry the fish till crisp.
