Ingredients

kg
chicken with bone
15
kashmiri redchillies
1
inch
ginger
6
garlic pods
2
tsp
meat masala
1
tsp
redchilli powder
1/2
tsp
turmeric powder
2
tbsp
vinegar
2
tbsp
rice flour
2
tsp
corn flour
3
tbsp
grated coconut
3
greenchilli slits
handful of curry leaves
Coconut oil for frying
salt to taste
Instructions
Soak the Redchillies in water for 15 minutes
Grind together soaked redchilli,ginger,garlic,turmeric powder,redchilli powder,meat masala,vinegar, salt to smooth paste..
From the ground masala keep 2 tbsp aside..
Add the remaining masla to the chicken then add in cornflour,rice flour and mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
Fry the chicken in coconut oil till crisp and done..
To the 2 tbsp massala add grated coconut.greenchilli slit,curry leaves mix well and fry in the same oil where chicken is fried till crisp
Garnish this over fried chicken and serve hot….
