Instructions
  1. Soak the Redchillies in water for 15 minutes
  2. Grind together soaked redchilli,ginger,garlic,turmeric powder,redchilli powder,meat masala,vinegar, salt to smooth paste..
  3. From the ground masala keep 2 tbsp aside..
  4. Add the remaining masla to the chicken then add in cornflour,rice flour and mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
  5. Fry the chicken in coconut oil till crisp and done..
  6. To the 2 tbsp massala add grated coconut.greenchilli slit,curry leaves mix well and fry in the same oil where chicken is fried till crisp
  7. Garnish this over fried chicken and serve hot….
