Instructions
Marinate the chicken pieces with curd redchilli powder,salt for 1/2 hour.
Dry roast the ingredient under “Dry Roast” and powder it..
In a pan add ghee ,chopped onion saute well then add in green chillies..
Add ginger garlic paste and saute well till raw smell goes off.
Add tomato puree and cook for2 minutes..Add red chill powder,turmeric powder ,2 tsp of above powdered masala, salt and cook for 2 more Minutes.
Add the marinated chicken mix well and cook till 3/4 done.Then add curd and mix well and cook till done.
Finally switch off the gas add cream mix well then add a blop of butter and keep it close.
