Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt .In seperate bowl whisk egg yolks with milk and butter. Add the flour mixture and combine well.
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks are formed .Then gently fold these into the batter.
spray the kuzhipaniyaram pan with oil then add 2 tbsp of batter into each well then add a tsp of nutella in the center the again fill with batter to cover it.
once it bubbles flip it over and cook until golden brown ..
