This No Bake Dates Brownies are super rich fudgy, healthy high protein bar with dates and nuts topped with chocolate ganache. These are gluten free , fudgy and chocolaty and no baking is required and easy to make
In a food processor blend the nuts to coarse powder
Add the chopped dates and cocoa powder and blend it well until mixture comes together in a ball
If you find that the mixture is too dry, you can add a date or two more. If you find the mixture too sticky, blitz up a couple more nuts and add it to the date-nut mixture, until you are able to touch the dough without it sticking to your fingers.
Spoon the dough out onto a piece of parchment paper or greased foil and press it into a large square about 1/2 an inch thick.
To make the ganache combine softened butter, cocoa powder and powdered sugar until agreeable consistency. If it is loose then add more powdered sugar.
Spread the ganache on top of brownies and a set aside .
Cut into squares and serve

These Bars can be stored in air tight container for 2 week and stored in fridge for month
