Mutton Wheat rava upma
A Tasy ,spicy wheat rava biriyani/upma made with mutton,a variation from normal rice biriyani.

Instructions
  1. In a cooker add oil ,cardomom,clove,cinnamon, onion sliced ,greenchilli cook till onion is soft then add in tomato saute well.
  2. Then add in ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves mix well.then add in meat masala ,redchilli powder ,water and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add in mutton ,salt water and cook till done.
  4. After mutton is cooked strain it and keep aside.
  5. In another pan add ghee ,clove,cardomom,,curryleaves,onion ,ginger garlic paste saute well.
  6. Then add in water (stock + water),coconut ,cooked mutton and boil it then add the rava and give a good mix and cook until water is dried.Mix it between
  7. In a small pan Add ghee and fry cashew and raisins and add to the rava.mix well and keep it closed for 10 minutes before serving.
